Tuesday, July 11, 2023 @ 12:00 – 1:30 PM
This workshop is for those who struggle with anxiety, racing thoughts, and finding clarity in the present moment. Through therapeutic writing, participants will learn to channel their ideas and anxieties into an art form, using writing prompts and creativity hacks to shift limiting beliefs and free their minds. This workshop aims to help individuals improve their life experience by shifting their thoughts and emotions, ultimately leading to a more empowering experience.
This workshop is for you if:
- Your mind continually talks to you (or screams at you) at a break neck pace.
- You find it hard to turn off your mile-a-minute mind.
- You wish you could think and believe different and more empowering thoughts.
