Beginner to advanced writers welcome.

This workshop will focus on helping artists, writers and those who have never tried it but always wanted to, create a space to experiment with the written word through prompted exercises that reveal us to ourselves. Participants will also gain valuable insight into their craft and their own inner landscape during the sharing and feedback portion of the workshop. Our lives are lived inside our own stories, purely symbolic and made of language. This writing workshop gives members a chance to harness the power of their own symbolic inner narrative and learn a new skill as they discover more about themselves in the process.

Vulnerability Warning: This course is designed to help attendees access their own inner wisdom, integrate exiled parts of themselves and come to a deeper understanding of their trigger and traumas. You do not need to share anything you are uncomfortable with during this class. But please be prepared in the event that your heart may open during this transformative writing session.
