Do you have anxiety about the state of our world today?

Do you sometimes find it hard to keep all of your thoughts straight and relax into the present moment?

Do you enjoy writing but aren’t really sure where to start with all of your ideas?

I feel your pain. My mind races too.

But when I discovered therapeutic writing I was able to channel all of those ideas, that anxiety, and those distractions into an art form.

I was able to break the cage around my thinking and liberate my mind.

This workshop is for you if:
Your mind continually talks to you (or screams at you) at a break neck pace.
You find it hard to turn off your mile-a-minute mind.
You wish you could think and believe different and more empowering thoughts.

In this workshop participants will discover the awesome power of our thinking, how to harness it, channel it, and use it to improve our life experience.

By using carefully designed writing prompts and creativity hacks to disbelieve our limiting cultural mind-cages we will soothe the logical left brain that keeps us in a state of fear, confusion and anxiety and learn how to shift into the right brain states of play and curiosity.

If you are running on empty and resentment threatens to end your happiness then this workshop will give you the tools you need to begin to shift your thoughts, which shifts your emotions, which in turn, shifts your entire experience.
