Theme Challenge: This Land Is Your Land
Join us at the June Monthly meeting of Arts Alliance of Stratford meet and network with other local creative people.
The May/June challenge is “This Land Is Your Land.” Use the photo showing the cabin in Grand Teton National Park as your inspiration and a creative launching point to create your own unique interpretation. You can download your own copy from Pixabay.com.
The photo shows a cabin in the morning mist of Grand Teton National Park. May includes Memorial Day so for this challenge, celebrate the American landscape.
Grab your paints, pencils, writing pad or other creative implements and make something inspired by the mist in the mountains or the splendor of the American landscape. Use the mood of the photo to create something unique. Follow your imagination where it takes you.
The challenge is open to visual art, writing, poetry, music or performance.
Each month the challenge theme is announced at the end of the monthly meeting. The finished States of Being pieces will be presented at the June meeting.
