Theme Challenge: Windows
Join us at the March Monthly meeting of Arts Alliance of Stratford. Meet and network with other local creative people.
The February/March challenge is Windows.
When we are inside, windows are an aperture, looking out at the motion and activity passing by in our corner of the world. When we are outside, windows peer into endless possibilities; A glimpse into a more glamorous life in a store window display, or the small slices of life we see as we pass by other peoples’ windows. No matter which side of the window we are on, we want to know what’s happening on the other side.
You can use the photo of the sunny window with the plant in front of it as a starting point to make it your own (download your own copy from pixabay.com), or follow your own inspiration and create something new and unexpected.
Grab your paints, pencils, writing pad or other creative implements and make something inspired based on Windows. Use the theme to create something unique. Follow your imagination where it takes you.
The challenge is open to visual art, writing, poetry, music or performance.
Each month the challenge theme is announced at the end of the monthly meeting. The finished challenge work will be presented at the following meeting.

- Have you attended an online figure group (doesn’t have to be ours)? show us some of your figure work.
- Have you written something you would like to share?
- Have some recent work? let us see it.
Guests are welcome to share work for a total of 2 meetings. If you would like to continue to participate, please consider becoming a member. Members enjoy discounts and other benefits for workshops, shows and other Alliance events
