Arts Alliance of Stratford is proud to sponsor Make Music Day Stratford for the 4th year at Shakespeare Park from 4-9pm on June 21. It is free and open to the public.
Launched in 1982 in France as the Fête de la Musique, Make Music Day has gone global and is now held on the same day in more than 1,000 cities in 120 countries always on June 21st, the summer solstice.
Make Music Stratford will have 6 performances on 2 stages plus 6 music workshops, 5 food trucks and over 20 vendors in an artisan craft market.
Thanks to our Music Director, Colin Healy, a musician himself, has led this event for us since 2017.
If you’d like to see the lineup and more specifics, please visit the Make Music Day website.
Make Music Day Stratford is produced by the Arts Alliance of Stratford with the support of the CT Office of the Arts, Department of Economic and Community Development which receives support from the National Endowment for the Arts, The Mighty Quinn Foundation, The Town of Stratford, The Stratford Community Fund and Tom Dillon.
